After cold calling the owners of Cocky’s Bagels to express the need for an Ohio State University on-campus bagel shop, our team was able to successfully bring this Cleveland staple to the state capital in their first out of city location. We worked in conjunction with Crawford Hoying, who represented the Landlord, in this transaction and look forward to their grand opening on August 1^st of 2023.
