Steve began his commercial real estate career immediately following college over twenty years ago. During that time, Steve has gained an intimate knowledge of the marketplace and its owners and has experienced almost every aspect of a real estate deal. His wired-in and hands-on approach to deal-making have not only made him one of Crain’s Cleveland’s Top 40 under 40 (2007), but also consistently ranks him as one of the top brokers in Northeast Ohio. Steve continues to gain a more in-depth knowledge of the real estate spectrum through his involvement in development/redevelopment, ownership, management, and of course brokerage.

Steve continues to adapt and learn from the ever-changing real estate landscape and provides the best advice, support, and diligence necessary to meet the demands of his clients’ needs.

David began his career over thirty years ago in the commercial real estate field mastering knowledge in leasing, site selection, land assemblage, development and brokerage. Real Estate brokerage is what intrigued him the most and he has spent the majority of his career in retail leasing representing local, regional and national tenants, landlords and developers. David has worked with some of the best in the industry and looks forward to building on his expertise and detail oriented approach to continue assisting all of his clients with their real estate needs.

David is an active board member at Citizens Leadership Academy, and sits on the facilities committee of Breakthrough Charter Schools network of Cleveland. He enjoys boating, yoga and eating out at the great variety of restaurants all around Cleveland.

Bryant Bitar has been involved in the commercial real estate business since 2004. Bryant has worked in various sectors including strategic site selection, NNN investment sales, development, leasing, & asset acquisition/disposition. Bryant takes an organized systematic approach to handling his clients’ transactions paying special attention to detail ensuring all needs are identified and satisfied. This has allowed him to build successful long-term relationships with numerous clients.

Bryant specializes in developing strategic real estate plans for businesses in Ohio. Bryant has worked with all business types from non-profits, small businesses to large corporations, placing satisfied clients into ideal properties. In the negotiation process, Bryant has worked closely with owners, tenants, city officials and economic development departments to maximize client savings.

Bryant began his brokerage career at CBRE. During Bryant’s 10 plus year career, he has successfully negotiated more than 250 transactions totaling over $250 million in consideration value.

Bryant’s ability to integrate financial and qualitative information into a company’s real estate strategies has made him a valuable resource and a trusted advisor to his clients. Bryant’s positive attitude and dedicated work ethic have enabled him to establish and maintain strong relationships with regional and national tenants as well as developers and investors. 

Steven has been in real estate for 15 years and currently specializes in commercial investment sales. Prior to this, he represented developers in pre-leasing retail centers in addition to retail tenant representation. Steven is a Cleveland native who enjoys outdoor expeditions, boating, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Dan has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1999 and has participated in sales and leasing transactions totaling more than $600M in value. Dan has extensive experience in representing developers, institutions, and private investors in investment property dispositions across all asset types and is widely regarded as a market leader in sales of government leased assets. In his more than 20 year career, Dan has assembled a substantial list of satisfied clients that can only be produced through trust and results.

Ann is thrilled to be joining Passov Real Estate Group as Sales Associate. Her experience as a landlord, coupled with her extensive sales background, helps to put the customer objectives first and foremost.

In her free time, Ann loves helping others, traveling, and running outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her kids, boyfriend, family and friends.

Education: Marquette University and Baldwin Wallace University – MBA, Business, Real Estate

Connor obtained his license after graduating from The Ohio State University, where he received his BSBA from the Fisher College of Business. He specialized in Finance and served as the senior class representative for The Undergraduate Business Council. While studying, Connor completed internships in both sales and finance.

Connor spends his free time golfing, exercising, and spending time with friends.

Austin started as an intern for Passov Group in 2017, he soon after got his real estate license while studying Accounting at The Ohio State University. Austin graduated with a BSBA from the Fisher College of Business in 2020 with a specialization in Accounting and a certificate from the Dean's Leadership Academy. Austin has experience in Real Estate Development, Investment Banking, and Internal Consulting--which he will utilize to develop the Columbus office and bring Passov Group into new territory. 

In his free time, Austin enjoys flipping residential properties, golfing, and spending time with his family. 

Alec V. Miller is an eight-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and has experience both in commercial brokerage, previously with Colliers International where he co-founded the Miller Zofan Retail Team, and as a principal serving as Vice President of Real Estate for Schiff Capital Group. Having spent his entire professional career working in the Central Ohio commercial real estate market, Alec has had the opportunity to develop relationships and transact with some of the biggest landlords, developers, and tenants in the market. Alec is a native of Bexley, OH and graduated from The Ohio State University.

Jakob represents Joyce-Passov management and comes to us from the University of Alabama. Jakob graduated with a BSBA from the Culverhouse College of Business. He has experience in investment analysis and property management.

Max obtained his license while studying Finance and Real Estate at The Ohio State University. In 2020, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree from the Fisher College of Business with summa cum laude honors and a dual specialization in finance and real estate.  While studying, Max gained experience by interning at an international real estate investment company and working for Morgan Stanley as a wealth management operator--obtaining skills which he will exploit to expand Passov Group into the Columbus territory.

In Max’s free time, he enjoys traveling, exercising, and spending time with his friends and family.

Dana Risley is a designer/ communications specialist at Passov Group, who specializes in content creating, and designing. Dana graduated from Malone University with a double major of Graphic Design and Digital Art, and Fine Arts and Crafts, with a minor in Marketing. Dana loves all things creative, and likes to mix her different art mediums together in her projects and tasks.
