So far in 2025, our team has closed more than 80 transactions, totaling over 381,920 square feet across Ohio. These results reflect our focus on strategy, execution, and client success.

Key transactions include:

  • Planet Fitness, S High St (Columbus) – 18,000 SF lease
  • 5802 N Hamilton Rd – 1.1-acre pad acquisition in the heart of Hamilton Quarter
  • Taco Bell / 7 Brew, Lewis Center – Dual tenant representation for the final full-access pad in a key retail hub
  • UH Orange Plaza – University Hospitals Urgent Care by WellStreet is set to open, enhancing healthcare access and regional draw
