He brings experience from Goodman Real Estate Services Group, where he conducted investment research, supported broker outreach, and contributed to market overview reports. Dawson also founded and operated a successful car detailing business, demonstrating entrepreneurial drive and a strong client focus.

He holds a BBA in Marketing with a Real Estate Certificate from Ohio University, where he was selected for the OHIO Business Cluster and participated in the Ohio Derivatives Organization. Dawson earned his Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License in December 2024 and is committed to delivering value in the evolving commercial real estate market.
