Hanna Trolli

Hanna Trolli is a Senior Associate at Passov Group, specializing in retail leasing and sales throughout Northeast Ohio, with a strong focus on landlord and tenant representation. Since joining the firm in July 2023, Hanna has completed more than 40 commercial real estate transactions, working with property owners, landlords, tenants, and local and national businesses across a variety of retail and commercial assignments.

Hanna takes a hands-on approach to the transaction process, working closely with clients from initial prospecting and property marketing through site selection, negotiations, and lease execution. Her landlord representation work includes positioning and marketing properties, identifying prospective tenants, negotiating deal terms, and helping ownership maximize the value and performance of their assets.

In addition to her brokerage work, Hanna is a Property Manager for several commercial properties throughout Northeast Ohio. Her property management experience gives her a well-rounded perspective on commercial real estate and a firsthand understanding of the day-to-day operational needs of both property owners and tenants.

Hanna graduated from Cleveland State University in May 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and minors in Professional Sales, Property Management and Marketing. She also earned a Certificate in Real Estate after completing the university’s real estate curriculum. Outside of the office, Hanna enjoys staying active, spending time with family and her pets, and traveling.
