Steve Passov

Steve Passov is a prominent commercial real estate broker and executive based in Northeast Ohio. He is the Founder and Partner of Passov Group, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage with offices in Cleveland and Columbus, Ohio, which he founded in 2013 after nearly two decades building Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group into one of the region’s leading retail brokerages.

Under his leadership — today alongside Managing Partner Austin Loconti and Managing Director David Stein — Passov Group has facilitated billions of dollars in total sales and lease volume across retail, investment sales and commercial land transactions, drawing on more than 100 years of combined team experience in Ohio’s commercial real estate market.
