After securing a 10 YR deal with US Bank at a flat rate through the base term, we brought the property to market at a 5.0% cap rate and closed in record time. All in all, total Due Diligence was 7 days and closing was 3 days later. We executed the transaction at our asking price within 2 weeks of being on market.
